5. A Bottle of Fine Whiskey and a “Dad” Glass

There are many different coffee makers out there, and they certainly aren’t created equal! While Keurigs might be easy, they don’t always make the best cup of coffee. Similar to weightlifting and massages, golf is another great stress-relieving activity. Giving the new dad an opportunity to have some solo golf time in the midst of infant chaos is a great way to regain perspective and relax. (It’s really good for his mental health to have an outlet like this, and it’s equally important for mama to have hers — spin class, pilates, lunch with a friend, etc.)
